Is FireFlo a one-off purchase or a rental?
A rental. You get a fully hosted, managed tenant billed monthly — no upfront licence and no servers to operate.
What do we manage versus FireFlo?
FireFlo runs the infrastructure, routes, updates and monitoring. You manage channels, campaigns, agents and contacts from the portal and APIs.
How fast can we go live?
Most tenants are live within a week, with channel onboarding (WhatsApp verification, number porting, SIP) running in parallel.
Can we use our own carrier and numbers?
Yes. You connect your own SIP carrier and port your numbers, and link your Meta accounts; FireFlo hosts and runs the platform on top.
Can resellers white-label it?
Yes. Enterprise tenancies include white-label portals, sub-tenants and reseller billing.
