FireFlo delivers this as a hosted SMPP gateway with HTTP and REST APIs, direct carrier routes, and the routing, rating and reporting an enterprise needs. We host and operate the gateway; you connect your systems and send.

What is a bulk SMS solution?

Do you provide an SMPP gateway?
Yes. FireFlo runs a hosted, carrier-grade SMPP gateway supporting SMPP 3.3 and 3.4, client or server, with transmitter / receiver / transceiver binds and SMPP over TLS.
Should I use SMPP or the REST API?
Use SMPP for carrier-grade, high-throughput system-to-system messaging; use the REST or HTTP API for quick app integrations. You can use both against the same account, and we translate HTTP to SMPP where needed.
What throughput can I achieve?
Throughput is governed by per-route TPS controls and your carrier agreements. The gateway handles high-volume asynchronous delivery, and we tune rate limits per route and account with you.
Do you support two-way SMS?
Yes. Inbound numbers, short codes and keywords route into the same platform, so you can run two-way campaigns and support.
Can resellers use it white-label?
Yes. Enterprise tenancies include sub-accounts, a white-label portal and reseller-friendly billing and rating.
Is it hosted or do we run it ourselves?
Fully hosted. FireFlo operates the gateway, routes and infrastructure as a managed tenant — there are no servers for you to run or maintain.
